This double workshop series where findings are shared and used to springboard discussions and ideas.

Attendees: We recommend from 10-30 participating per workshop. There is no limit of attendees on the final presentation of findings.
Duration: All workshops can be 2½ hours or half day. The final presentation is 1 hour.
Format: We have an in-person preference but all workshops can be also tailored for virtual teams.

This double workshop series brings together Gen Z team members and team leaders in separate workshops to improve understanding of both sides, explore issues and brainstorm ideas on better ways of working and communicating. The series concludes with a one hour presentation of findings and actionable takeaways.
